Having been made redundant in March 2008, I decided set up Confident Nutrition Ltd, specialising in basic cookery and nutrition skills training.  I was aware there was a need within the South Wales area as the Project I previously worked on was addressing such needs locally, until funding run out.

One of our unique features is the use of our own pictorial cook book which is suitable for people of all abilities. 

Confident Nutrition Ltd.has  successfully delivered several  level 2 OCN  training the trainer and a  basic entry level OCN’s  in basic cookery and nutrition as well as individualised packages to a range of organisations in Wales.

 

Fortunately for me Business Sense have supported me in so many ways when initiating my business.  Both Sheran and Colin have offered me invaluable advice, support and mentoring over the last 10 months. I’m convinced without this support my business would not be what it is today as they are always readily available to help all sorts of queries, advice and guidance from developing important documents such as Service Level Agreements to a quick pep talk when in a panic over the phone!
